Audiosurf is like some sort of music crack.

Basically it's a puzzle racer... you race down a track and pick up colored blocks to score points. Except the track is procedurally generated based on the songs you give it (it takes pretty much any common audio format) and the blocks follow the beat of the song. And it's really fun.

Cool game so far although I'll probaly get bored of it in about 30 minutes. :D

I guess it depends on how much you like figuring out puzzle games. Generally, the only puzzle game I can play is bejeweled and the original tetris. So, I have no idea how to combo stuff in the game yet and I don't know if I will ever figure it out.
Personally, I bought it mainly to support it more than anything else.

I should try the 360 controller sometime... it'd be funny if they could somehow figure out how to make it work with a GH controller.

That would probably work too... the GH guitar is just a gamepad with all the bits moved around. If you plug it into a PC it can be used as a generic controller.

I love it. KLAX meets Guitar Hero meets Barcode Battler.

Personally, I still use the mouse to control things.

Which songs seem to work best for you? I find early-era Manic Street Preachers songs and much of the recent post-punk acts give pretty good runs.
