ATT east coasters - trek Remastered will air early.

Just looked at the schedule for tonight and Star Trek Remastered is, surprisingly, on fairly early. Around midnight for most of the east coast. Check your local listings!

This has been a Plum service announcement. It's in the taste.

And yea I know it's different for everyone, I'm estimating the air time. Yes, I could be wrong, but I bet you three thousand quatloos it will air 'round 12:30pm tonight for most in New England, for example.

I think the NY stations have simply dropped it. I haven;t seen it scheduled on "My 9" or NBC in months.

For the 2nd season it moved to WWOR in NYC. The TV listing shows it airing Sunday at 6pm.

Makes sense, it seems the show is often run late at night Saturday then repeat on Sunday. Or, just shown on Sunday. I'm pretty sure this often depends on what game is playing on Saturday and how late the game goes.

I watched that American channel Saturday night and never caught what city it's coming from or even the call letters. I'm a dummy!

In the past you've been asked to try and understand that the times and changes in your area do not affect the rest of the country.

The US is a very big place. Even the East Coast is a HUGE area, and what one local TV station does in your area has NOTHING to do with what everyone else's local station is doing.

You're going to confuse someone one of these days and make them miss an episode.

Your "I know it's different for everyone" disclaimer means nothing.

You said in your title that TOSR would be airing early "on the east coast".

You're basing this on the fact your one little station is changing its schedule.

Do you realize how big the Eastern Time Zone is and how many states and TV stations running TOSR you're talking about?

Please stop using the term "East Coast" in reference to changes done only in your area. Specify it applies in your area (and say what that area is, so people will know), or say nothing. You're going to spoil someone's viewing if you're not careful.

gastrof has a valid point here Plum. The East Coast is huge. Just as an example, New York has over 20 stations, Ohio has 20 and Florida has 43. Even Maine has seven. And those are just four states out of the twenty-some that are in the Eastern Time Zone. Fourteen states have Atlantic coastline. TOS-R could be airing on any of those stations at any time depending on the location. It really would be helpful to be a little bit more specific about what stations you're referring to when you post announcements like this.

Roanoke's Fox and CW stations have been airing TOS-R early since almost the beginning. We always get episodes between 11 A.M. and 1 P.M. unless an important event preempts them later in the day or evening.
