ASK B'RAT!
:)and thanks for playing.

Okay!
What species is B'Rat and what is the name of his home planet?

And yes, a sombrero is in order (LOL  NCC-1701)

An excellent Good Morning to you... thank you for responding! :)
I discovered the following information @ the Memory-Alpha website:

----------------------------------------------------------------------
B'Rat Ud was a V'radian chemist who lived in the Delphic Expanse.
Captain Jonathan Archer first encountered B'Rat at a deuterium station on Norellus,
where Archer learned that B'Rat knew a formula for synthesizing trellium-D.
Archer arranged to meet B'Rat at his shop on the Xanthan homeworld,
where the Enterprise crew purchased the formula in exchange for spices from the ship's galley,
including black pepper, paprika, mustard seed, and cayenne.

B'Rat's shop was located on Barge 12 of Tier 2 of the Xanthan floating bazzar. (ENT: "Rajiin")

WHO SHOT FIRST??? hmmmmmm... (lol) well, it wasn't B'Rat!

At the time of the incident in the bar between Han Solo & Greedo,
I was light years away in another part of the universe,
luxuriating in a parsley-sage-and-rosemary bubble bath...
no thyme to hangout in bars with that sort of riff-raff!

I was able to locate evidence, however, that implicates HAN
as having fired the first shot: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Han_shot_first

Born in 1960, Dell was only six years old when Desilu Studio exec,
Lucille Ball gave the greenlight for production of the original Star Trek series.
I am told that his parents would allow him to stay up late to watch the new
and exciting sci-fi adventure show... that is where the fascination began.
In the 80's, Dell was known never to miss the late night re-runs.

Fast Food runs from the college dorms to Del Taco
and Star Trek re-runs on tv 'round mid-nite... ahhhhhh, those were the days!
:techman:
As an aspiring actor...
Dell's dream came true when he landed a small role at Paramount Studios
playing the Boslikian freight-hauler, TILIKIA, in an episode of Deep Space 9.
But Dell wasn't done. It was only a couple of years after his experience on DS9
that he had the great pleasure of creating his favorite role... B'Rat Ud.

I find myself drawn to the intelligence and unbridled passion of the Romulans.
STARTREKBalofTerror.jpg

Klingons are a bit thugish for my tastes... but those Romulans are wicked-bad!!!
The photo is from Balance of Terror (my favorite episode from the original series),
starring Marc Leonard as the Romulan Commander.

A wonderful actor, Mr. Leonard would later return to the Star Trek series
in the role of Spock's father, Vulcan ambassador, Sarek.

This is really more suited to the lounges I'm afraid Dell. Good luck with the quest for 50 posts though.
