Ashley Tisdale as Roberta Lincoln

I saw Ashley Tisdale of High School Musical fame on the cover of a CD at the store the other day and I got to thinking... She'd make a great Roberta Lincoln. Then I thought... I'll download some pics and make a post at the Trek BBS.

So, what do you think or her as Roberta Lincoln?

My daughter watches 'The Suite Life' on the Disney Channel, and being a good dad, I occassionally watch it with her. I have to admit that on that show, Ashley Tisdale does use many of the same mannerisms that Terri Garr used as Roberta Lincoln.

If Abrams' Next project would be 'Assignment Earth:The Movie', then I think we found our Miss Lincoln (she would need to cut her her into a bob, though).

Yeah she'd be okay in the role. I have no idea why anyone would bother making a new Trek production with the character though.

Yeah, she is not a teen anymore so nasty thoughts are now guilt free.

Actually, I sometimes watch a few minutes of "Suite Life" with my daughters because of Kim Rhodes. (But don't tell my wife.)

Too bad Rhodes is too old (38) to play Yeoman Rand if needed in XI. After all, she already has a Trek background.

Kim Rhodes looked pretty good as Lindsey Ballard on that Voyager episode (one of the better Voyagers)...but when I first saw her in 'Suite Life', I could not for the life of me figure out why she looked so familiar (I had to look her up on IMDb). The blonde hair fooled me...now her hair is dark again, and she looks more like she did in VOY.
