Ashes to Ashes season 3

I only saw Series 1... did it get any better? It always seemed too "OH MY GOD IT'S THE 80s LOOK AT ALL THIS 80s STUFF DID I MENTION IT'S THE 80s" when compared to Life On Mars.

It got better as it went on. It all started a bit iffy and then became a belter.

Taking over my TV informing duties are you Deckerd?
Looking forward to it... I wonder how it's gonna connect to Life On Mars because they've said by the time it ends it will feel like Life On Mars series 5.

I'm looking forward to this too - the ending of series 2 was a real wtf moment.

You know, now that we're in 2010, they could actually spin off the show into a 90s time travel bit.

We can all laugh at how people used the "information highway" and how everyone was "fake" rich with stock options that would be worth less than the paper they were printed on.

Excellent, there were a few episodes of S2 where I thought they had finally hit their stride and were producing work as good as LoM. Not many, but definitely several.

there will be no 90s show. they're quite definitive on that in this month's SFX behind the scenes article. one A2A is done, that's it. over.

Next week's TV Guide says it starts the following week. That's between Sat 20th and Fri 26th.

And there's going to be an "Ashes to Ashes" sketch during Sports Relief.

BBC Press Office says the week of the 27th, I would expect Tuesday or Wednesday night at 9pm...

April 2 in case it hasn't already been mentioned.

You can tell it's coming because Gene Hunt's scowl is plastered all over the TV guides when you walk past them in the paper shop.
