Since the search function can't count, I was hoping that I would find my answers here.

In Articles of the Federation I believe the Enterprise-E is mentioned as exploring the Badlands chasing rumours of a Breen incursion. I think KRAD said that would be followed up in the TNGR (since Death in Winter was out but the TNGR wasn't fully formed) but this didn't happen. Can anyone tell me why?

Was it forgotten or just a different direction taken that conveniently ignored that little blip?

Hmm, don't now what you mean with the Search function, I entered Breen incursion, and beside this thread, this one turned up, which kind of answered your question:

That was from an earlier draft of Resistance. It didn't make the final cut, and I forgot to change the annotations. *sheepish grin*
