Unless there is a valid medical reason for circumcision, there's no proven health benefits for it.

Weird question, but I'm just wondering which is more common.

In America, the Islamic world, The Philippines and some South Pacific Islands most are circumcised. Americans under 25 is running about 50/50. In places were religion or manhood ritual still exist it is near 100%.

I really can't buy that argument, myself. If it wasn't safe, we probably wouldn't have one.

^ I guess I just don't see what's "unsafe" about it. It's just a bit of skin that improve the natural function of the organ... it'd be like deciding that we all should go bald because hair is unsafe or something.
