I'm proably Milhouse. I don't have as many friends as he does, and I am a naturally passive person. I mean I will make fun of him and stuff and do things that friends do but in the grand sceme of things if we weren't friends he would be in a better position because of all the other friends he has.

It's referring to Bart Simpson and his best friend Milhouse van Houten. Bart tends to be the dominant one in their friendship.

(And yes, Milhouse was named after Nixon).

Probably more a Milhouse then a Bart given I'm really laid back about things plus I have more then one best friend. I even have a crush on the younger sister of one of my best friends, though I don't go after her like Milhouse does with Lisa.
