Are writers moving over to Mastodon?

Russia will give you 3 dollars to change that post so that it is nicer to Russia,
To whom are you speaking? (For the record, for over a year now, when attending concerts at Disney Hall, I wear a bowtie striped in roughly the same blue and gold as the Ukrainian flag, so you can probably guess that I'm not inclined to be nice to Russia right now.)
I’m surprised Tumblr didn’t die after their gorn* ban.
Gorn as in the sentient, spacefaring reptilian species, or as in the trope?

Neither, just a Trekkified bowdlerization of the term for normal adult content. And the new policy isn't quite a return to the wild west, but it is the end of the infamous phrase "female-presenting nipple" (safe-for-work explanation) as the official guideline for what sorts of people could and could not appear shirtless on Tumblr.

I'll switch to another social media platform when it becomes popular enough to justify my being on it. I'll drop Twitter when it becomes unpopular enough to no longer justify my being on it. :)
I miss the days of your LiveJournal .

I've seen a handful of writers move to Mastodon, especially those who prefer a decentralized platform. However, in my personal experience, Facebook remains the superior platform for writers. The sheer number of users means your content has a broader reach and a higher chance of engaging readers.

When I promote my works, Facebook is my go-to. The engagement and reach have always been impressive. A quick tip for anyone looking to maximize their campaigns: check out the <spam link removed by moderator>. It allows you to see what ad campaigns competitors are running, giving you insights into the best strategies.

Your original post was deleted because it was ad spam. That is not allowed at TrekBBS. Since you just went ahead and reposted the same thing word-for-word, this time I have removed the link, and am issuing you an infraction for spamming. Comments to PM.

Please don't do this any more.
