Nothing. He doesn't own the franchise.
King Abdullah of Jordan is a Trek fan, he even got to be an extra on Voyager, and right now he's building a Trek-themed ride in one of his parks.
Whoever they are, wherever they are... they missed their chance.
When Enterprise got cancelled, they could've bought the whole Star Trek franchise off Leslie Moonves for a dollar ninety-five.

When Enterprise was cancelled, the "Save Enterprise" campaign gathered funds to pay for a fifth season themselves. Several anonymous donors gave enough money so that Paramount could easily have made another season. They declined.

Something to think about, I suppose. That space plane undocking from the ISS, is never gonna happen.
It'll need updating if NASA's Orion project to get back to the Moon ever gets off the ground.

Common! Just because he is a prince doesn't make him any difference than the rest of us. Prince William is a pretty nice guy! His brother maybe a little rowdy, but which boys at that age aren't? People just talk trash about him and his brother because he is they're part of the royal family and they don't even know him or take the time to get know him personally.
Not legally, no. STAR TREK is the exclusive intellectual property of CBS. CBS has licensed only Paramount Pictures to make films based upon STAR TREK. As Jordan is party to copyright treaties, no film based upon STAR TREK would be legal without license from CBS.
In theory, it is odd to imagine all that many rich people enjoying STAR TREK. One of TREK's fundamental premises, after all, is that eventually capitalism will end and that there won't be a class system anymore. STAR TREK's philosophy fundamentally threatens the wealthy elite's power base. Though of course there will always be some people in the elite who don't themselves support the class system and would welcome its eventual downfall.
But there again, the King of Jordan is such a STAR TREK fan that he's trying to build a theme park for it at the same time that he's trying to stifle a movement for democracy in his country and brutally repressing his dissidents. So obviously some people can like STAR TREK while basically standing for everything STAR TREK opposes.
