Are there any more Plot Twists coming before the Season Ends?

KAPLINGON

Star Trek Discovery has an intricate plot, some things work and some don't- I did not see the ending of the last episode coming, but other plot twists were pretty obvious in the past- the question is- what's next? Will the Season end on a cliffhanger, with a new major revelation along the lines of

Michael Burnham is a Romulan and Sarek killed her parents?

Saru is the true villain of the series?

Stamets is Q?

Tilly is Kirk?

Detmer is the Borg Queen?

Admiral Cornwell is Number One from "The Cage"?

Yes, those are pretty unlikely, but the possibilities are endless!

I like the idea of Saru actually being a villain. I'd love a scene where Georgiou attacks Saru and tries to kill him. However, Saru gets the upper hand and says to Georgiou 'In prime universe, Kelpiens eat you' before we see his mouth open revealing a set of shark-like teeth. Last thing we see is Saru's gaping maw descending to eat Georgiou's face and then cut to black.

Burnham dies saving the Klingons/Qo'noS from Georgiou. Tyler (who regains his Voq character) becomes the new Klingon Emperor (or whatever title you want to use), formally takes L'Rell as his mate, arranges an armistice (hello Neutral Zone) and forces the Klingon houses who sided with T'Kuvma to undergo partial 'species reassignment protocol.' Sarek is thoroughly disgusted with Starfleet and vows never to utter Burnham's name again. Ensign Tilly becomes the series' lead character going into Season 2.

Like two people got this reference. :/

I got it, but I have a hard time laughing about Bob Newhart after the piss poor job he did counseling Redjac.

p.s. Not many people have seen it but there was a Bob Newhart 19th Anniversary Special that followed up on the classic ending of Newhart. Worth a watch if you can find it.

Captain Garth and his crew will win major victories in the final battles of the war with the Klingons.

Maybe we'll see Captain Matt Decker as well. Bonus points if he is commanding the Constellation when she was in her prime.

Professor Proton will appear in Jedi form to counsel Sheldon after he awakes from a nightmare he had about season 1 of a new Star Trek series.

I'm expecting some sort of twist but that twist may just be how they wrap up the Klingon war, nothing more.
