Are the TNG/DS9 RPG reference books available anymore?

Ever since Enterprise included a reference to an Andorian RPG reference book in an episode, I've wanted to read these (I have no interest in the actual games, just the reference stuff) but they seem to be out of print and going for really high prices. Is any of the reference material featured on any websites?

Elements of those have even found their way into novels. Terok Nor features Cardassian ranks that were in the unpublished Iron and Ash sourcebook.

They really aren't going for high prices at all. In most cases, they're selling for cover price or less. Here's an out of print RPG site that has most of the books (unfortunately, not the Andorian book at the moment...):
