It would not surprised me to learn that the Tellarites have followed in the footsteps of the other founding members and peaced out on the whole Federation thing.

I love Tellarites! I hope they're still around. They appreciate, prize sincerity and authenticity above all things, so that it would make sense for them to remain in an interstellar organization which embodies that.
