How can this be anything other than epic?

Note to Mods--I put this here rather than General TV and Media because of the more magical and fantastic elements (Demons/witchcraft/KISS in their super-hero incarnations) of the story.

In terms of album sales, or concert attendances etc, no, they're not close to the biggest, although they are still definitely big.

Obviously they're going to hype it up for the sake of marketing, but when it comes to merchandising (such as this), and band recognition, KISS are undoubtedly one of the biggest rock bands in history. I mean, how many other rock bands are marketable as a comic book? And who doesn't know "the guy with the tongue"? As a brand, you could probably argue that KISS are the biggest rock band in the world. A lot of people seem turned off by that aspect of KISS, but I love 'em for it.
