I´ll go with Archer. The fact that he is just a normal guy but still has to do an incredibly difficult job, makes him all the more appealing to me. Plus, I really like Scott Bakula as an actor.

None of those three are actually my favorite.

I didn't get to see the entire series until this year. Malcolm became the character who was most interesting for me, because he keeps so much hidden. He's sort of the Illya Kuryakin of Star Trek, as Dominic Keating and David McCallum both tried to reduce the amount of information revealed about their characters.

I would agree, Malcom Reed was my favorite character on the show, he seemed to have a lot of shades to him and stole the show on multiple occasions without even trying.

I'd go with Reed as well.

Trip. It was not love at first sight. I thought he was an idiot, but after a while a fell in love with him. He is adorable. I'm on my third go with enterprise. I've never made it past the first season but was around whilst my boyfriend was watching it so have seen some episodes in the later seasons. I've decided to give it another go, as the DVDs have been laying around for years. Archer is a prized prat and my opinion of him doesn't change even as the years pass. T'pol still seems bitchy to me and very un Vulcan. My opinion of her may change as I work my way through the seasons but I will never like Archer.

I really like Scott as an actor, too, but the producers/writers portrayed Archer at the outset as a bigoted jackass. Damn bad decision, in light of the fact that many fans already liked the Vulcans.

They went back the Big Three concept of TOS. Too bad 2 of the 3 lead characters on ENT weren't good at all!

I don't agree with this at all. Trip and T'Pol are why folks tuned in. Archer wasn't bad at all but not up there with Picard and Janeway either.
