Archer IV and planet naming

I doubt the Klingons and Romulans on Carraya IV had access to advanced reproductive technologies and yet they managed to have a number of children together. The Klingons didn't know they were there and I doubt the Romulans would want to facilitate such cross-breeding with the Klingons and wouldn't provide advanced technology for such a purpose. It's never been portrayed as extraordinary difficult. Even Elizabeth was brought to term and lived a short time on her own and that was 100 years before Spock and almost twice that by TNG. Bashir was even able to transplant Kirayoshi from a human to a Bajoran and all that was needed was a series of hormone injections during the pregnancy. For all we know, most species may be able to simply take a pill in order to create a viable child with a different species. Worf & Jadzia may have been the first Klingon and Trill to try to have a child so that formulation hadn't been developed yet.
