I enjoyed it. It’s no Man of Steel but it was enjoyable. Some very impressive colourful visuals and the underwater stuff mostly worked.
I did notice an error with it with the scene he first meets Mera and they mention his brief trip to the box in JL and mentions that Volco tells him to come back to Atlantis and he says no (rudely apparently). This was obviously from the Snyder cut as this didn’t happen in the Whedon one. I’m surprised they didn’t alter that scene to make it match better with the movie.
The mid credit scene was nothing special. Just something expected. No Superman or anything which is probably the reason I enjoyed Elseworlds more.
Speaking of which, Orn’s Plan to invade the over world made no mention of him. You’d think he would be a rather severe obstacle, not to mention Batman as well.
