Very good. You got me. I could delete my post but I had forgotten the day. The Head Janitor played a good one this morning. He sent all the jannies up to our office to move desks and chairs for one of the admins. She was baffled until someone pointed out to all of them the date.

Another reason I could never be a teacher - some of the kids at little miss trampledamage's school were running riot moving desks and things. I'd be taking them outside to be shot, but I guess as a teacher you have to laugh and look like you're enjoying the joke.

I just hope no-one tries to play a trick on her, she takes everything very seriously and does not like to be teased. I don't think the school is ready for my daughter in a full-on diva meltdown

If you type helvetica into Google, the font changes to Comic Sans.

ThinkGeek has some great April Fool's Day "products," like the Playmobil Apple Store, the ShirtPlate and Star Wars Popsicles (tastes like pure energy!).

Every technician at my company got a "pink slip" and instructions for applying for unemployment instead of the customary check or statement today..(on the back in small letters it stated "April Fools")...We had one worker just simply leave after that, until management frantically called him back informing him of the small lettering on the back...


Management was amused until they realized other workers were about to go home and they could lose significant production over the prank...
