I'd put this in non-Trek gaming, but it's more of a visual novel than a game, and it's something I'd like to introduce to the widest audience possible.
Basically the plot is, your character suffers a heart attack and is diagnosed with Arrhythmia after spending several months in hospital, and finds that he has to go to another school that caters to students with disabilities. You have the chance to fall in love with one of five girls at the school. It may sound like "weird Japanese dating sim where you date/have sex with disabled girls" however that couldn't be further from the truth. It's about potentially dating a girl who just so happens to have a disability, there is very little actual sex, and the whole thing is very tastefully done.
The story is one of the most emotional experiences I've ever had from any medium, many people having played it have said it has changed their lives. One of the most amazing things is it was made by a couple of dozen people in their own time, and released for free. It's an amazing experience, and I would recommend it to anyone.
