I've asked about this on Apple's discussion forums. Some are having this problem, some are not. I emailed a trouble report to Apple but have not heard anything back yet. So I thought I would ask here.
Anyhoo, the problem is this: when using iTunes (on the computer) to try and look at my account information, it never lets me do it. I enter my password - correctly - and it keeps asking for the password again, and again, and again. Signing in via OSX's App Store will work (as will the iPad), but not iTunes itself.
Has anyone here had this problem? If so, did you manage to fix it? If so, how?
