Anybody writing music?

Is anybody here writing music? I´m learning composing right now. You can listen two my first "album" here:
http://www.jamendo.com/de/album/51743

The somewhat synthetic sound is intentional.
I need to get a better sampler (either hardware or software) though...but..I got my very own "financial crisis"...lol

Any comments (here or at the site) would be greatly appreciated.

Listened to "happy-blue" and found it quite nice. :) The only thing I don't like is that extended held note early in the song. It really interrupts the flow of the whole thing. You've definitely got some talent there, though.

I've made quite a bit of music, but here are two of my most recent ones:

Drone (58) -- Pretty much as the name implies, it's a 58 minute drone. Probably something good to have on as background noise while you do something else.
Whoops How Did This Get here -- Much shorter than Drone (58), and with a little more melody to it.
Naivete -- Hard to describe. Weird piano piece. Also a good demonstration of my obsession with tape looping.

I even have a Korg synthesizer on my Nintendo DS so I can make music anywhere.

Thanks :-)

I plan to upload some other stuff later...I just need to convert it first...jamendo wont accept the file format for some reason.

@Robert Maxwell: Oh...and I´ll listen to your stuff as soon as I got time. I´m stuck here at work for a few more hours...:-(

I have six tracks uploaded at last.fm - [click]

There's a couple of guitar pieces - one acoustic, one electric - and the rest are more synthy/ambienty/breakbeaty type stuff what I done on the computer.

The tracks can be downloaded as mp3 files, or streamed from the website (click on the songname or the little icon to the left of the songname).

I used to write music more whilst doing my degree. I quite enjoyed doing it, but I'm not very good. It's something I'd like to do more and get better at. :)

Here's one of my creations.

Definitely a retro Italo Disco vibe about that one. :bolian: Sounds great. :)

Me, I don't write music, or at least not for a while. I used to do some MIDI songs on computer as something to keep my mind off my Uni studies - they were based on chord progressions mostly as I'm hopeless at developing a melody, and I tried different styles of music, but couldn't really get it right. (I don't know if I still have the original files - they still exist somewhere, about 2 or 3 computers ago.)

As a child I once wrote two piano pieces - very short piano pieces. I couldn't play them, though. I'm sure my mother has kept the original manuscripts somewhere, though...

I'm more of the "performing" musician than the "creating" musician, me, and sometimes the "interpreting" musician at times  but thanks. :)

I'm writing a song currently actually. I tend to mess around and make up stuff, but every once in a while a good structure comes together. Just working on the lyrics (it's about a doomed pirate crew) and the bridge.

I wrote a piano piece a few years ago (which was interesting since I don't play piano), but I lost the sheet music and the recording I had done.

Last one for today. I don't much like this one. It's not my normal musical style...
