Any Weyoun fans here?

I must confess, Weyoun was one of the most fascinating characters of DS9, played by Jeffrey Combs (aka Brunt FCA).

My favorite Weyoun clone is Nr. 6, unfortunately he had to kill himself in "Treachery, Faith and the great River".

I was saddened when the female Founder anounced the shot Weyoun to be the last of his clones.

I was happy when

Weyoun had a comback in the Litverse, although he plays only a small role as the focus of the charaters lies elsewhere

Let´s discuss his incarnations :).

Surely you mean aka Shran

Love Jeffrey Combs and to me, he will always be Weyoun (a character I thought was so slippery and smug and yet so compelling and watchable)

I will never be a ENT fan. But I read Mirror Universe short story Age of the Empress (Glass Empires) and Shran would be a reason to watch ENT. Yes, Jeffrey Combs was also Shran, Tiron, Penk and so on. But Weyoun and Brunt stuck in my head and there was one episode he doubled as both.

I am a Jeffrey Combs and Weyoun fan.
DS9 really benefited from it's strong supporting cast.

One of the best scenes of DS9 was Odo holding the dying Weyoun 6 in his arms, giving him his blessings.

One of my favorite lines in DS9 is "Would this be more aesthetically pleasing if it were blue?". It follows an extended discussion between Weyoun and Kira on crushing the station' resistance cell. Combs made him a ball to watch. If it weren't for Dukat, he'd be my favorite DS9 villain.

I am not a fan either, although I watched the series. But Shran was awesome and if nothing else, ENT is worth watching just for him :)

I may dare to say that I like Shran more than Weyoun, and I love all Weyouns (party-gambling Weyoun 5 is the fav :D).

Body Parts if memory serves, although I could be wrong. Delicious black comedy at it's best, right up there with the scene in Starship Down between Quark, Hanek, and the unexploded torpedo in the Defiant mess hall.

Weyoun might be one of the greatest Trek villains. Every sentence that comes out of his mouth is circumlocution and doubletalk.

Love the character. He always makes me laugh, even when, or esp. when he's being evil. The tragic-crazy "good" Weyoun is my favorite as well, although in my house we love them all. Jeffrey Combs is a wonderful actor!++

Wish I could see W in HD, but that's another story....

Weyoun is great! Certainly one of my favorite characters on the show, and absolutely my favorite Dominion character. I kind of wish that the Weyoun who defected to Odo in Treachery, Faith, and the Great River, had made it back to the station and remained until the end of the show. Imagine how much fun some of the scenes would have been, especially in senior staff meetings with Weyoun and Sisko and Worf and everyone else. To say nothing of the continued "Founder, it is an honor to stand in your presence again" everytime he's around Odo. Then the whole "I told you, I'm the station's chief of security" reply. That never got old.

That would've been amazing.
And then the Founders could make a new, more obedient Weyoun so there could be a good clone/bad clone situation and Weyoun vs Weyoun scenes.

Odo had his reasons to

recreate another Weyoun - Weyoun 9 - instead of another Keevan, Yelgrun, Luaran etc. I wish there were more scenes with Weyoun in the Litverse

Is there anyone who doesn't like Weyoun? ;)

What's not to like about that delicious blend of oily smarminess, smug arrogance mixed with smooth panache, a man who could take your job and your wife yet leave you feeling like you are so blessed to have him as your best friend? He's a keeper!
