Any recommendations for a PCI-E video card?

Go ahead and get a WD by all means. They make good drives with good performance (probably a little better performance than Seagate, overall) and you will probably be fine with one. I tried a Seagate a few years ago when all the other manufacturers reduced their warranties from 5 years to 1 year and I've been happy with them.

I must admit I haven't kept up with the video card market in the recent past as at other times, so I can't give you the best answer. Here's a good place to start looking at different cards and what you can expect from them. After a quick look at Newegg, your best bet may be something like this or this.

Compare how various VGA cards are dealing with games and try to find a card you like for an affordable price. :)
A decent VGA card that would be suitable for most games and last for about 2 years costs about $250 here in Croatia with all the taxes.
Not cheap at all.
But as I said, the link I provided will tell you just how good multiple VGA cards are, and you can find one for an affordable price.
