Any P90X people?

I got impulsive and bought it about a year ago. I work out all the time anyway, and I thought the program was incredibly intense. I didn't stick with it because I was making a lot of noise and didn't want to bother my downstairs neighbors, but I can definitely see getting some real results from the program if you do it long enough.

Actually, the chest/back workout was the first one I did, and it was one of the best workouts I had had in a long time.

I did the first 60 days. Then I failed. Disappointed in myself.
It's intense, especially if you're not in very good shape. It's hard to squeeze in the hour + a day it requires sometimes. Which is what happened to me.

Hell, those workouts are intense enough that you could cut them in half and still get your ass kicked.

No doubt.
I almost puked the first workout I did.
CardioX was my favorite disc. It's about 45 minutes long and has a few exercises from each regimen. It's fun, but not overwhelming.
