Any other 'Starter Wife' haters out there?

Okay, to be fair, I've never actually watched the show as I'm more of a L&O, House, NCIS person myself. I know most people and critics seem to adore the show, but honstly, the non-stop commercials on USA (Really, they're on EVERY damn commercial break!) make it look like one of the most irritating and vapid shows ever made.

I honestly want to smack the smug expression off Miss 'OMG! I lost my cushy Hollywood trophy wife status!'s face everytime I see it.

So is it just me?

I already watch Desperate Housewives so I figure one of these types of shows is enough.

Well yeah, I suppose it might be good. But the commercials are irritating as hell.

It lloks like Debra Messinger (SP?) is so hard up for work that she has to do a tv show based on a movie she was in. pfft! Loser

I've watched the show a little. It's just OK at best, but really doesn't interest me. But I am sick to death of the damn commercials.

My wife watches the show and, personally, just hearing it in the background is pretty torturous.

Indeed. I see those commercials on an endless loop during USA's House marathons and they grate on me too.

Given how frequently they promote it, you'd think it'd be the #1 show in all of recorded history.

I figure the more the media promotes something, the crappier it is.

No, I've not watched it, but based on the commercials I've fast-forwarded through (during my DVR'ed House marathons ), I don't think I'm really missing anything.
