Any of the gang here going to play?

Are any Enterprise fans going to play Star Trek Online? I know this is not the place to talk about the game itself, but I am just wondering if any of the fans here plan to play. If so, what server are you on and what character do you play?

I got my copy in today and will start the install process after work. I'll list my character when I make it, and I'll check back before I do create a character and see what server others are using ... if the game uses more than one server.

Too complicated for me, as tempting as it is. Never been good at these kind of games (Husband had me try WoW -- it was WAY over my head!). If it was less complicated (more like the level of Disney's Toontown Online -- which is meant for kids! ) I could probably play... otherwise, I'd suck!

I was worried about splitting time tonight between the game and the University of Kentucky basketball game on TV. Looks like I'll still be patching long after the basketball game is over. 7592 MB of patches.

Hopefully I'll get on in time to grab an Enterprise related name for my character. Someone's great great great great great great grandson.

I doubt I will. Given the track record of Star Trek related games (I've NEVER played a good one) I'm dubious of this new one. Plus, I've never been into these types of games anyway. I tried World of Warcraft and Star Wars Galaxies, but they just couldn't hold my interest.

I barely have time to read my Trek novels. Besides, video games tend to make me seasick.

I played for about an hour. Still in the training part. So for my opinion, slow and laborous. When I logged out I felt like I had been working. I hate space combat. When my 30 days are up I don't think I will continue.

Maybe some day we will get Lego Star Trek.
