Anthony Edwards Returns to E.R.

^ Angela Basset's character is one who worked in the ER in a previous season.

Noah Wyle rejoined the cast for the final season.

If they couldn't get Clooney to come back for the death of Mark Greene, why would he return now after all these years and the show's in the tank? Who's even left that his character Doug Ross knows? Abby and Kovach didn't show up until after he was gone.

Maybe they can bring in Val Kilmer or Michael Keaton to play Ross. :)

Clooney will do ER BUT only if there's some role for his buddy brad pitt or Clooney's character needs pull off a heist at the hospital and it will require 10 more people:lol:

Doug Ross is back, and he needs ten more doctors to break Mark, Lucy and Romano out of hell.

Christian Bale, surely?

If Kilmer and Edwards appeared in it, then they ought to go the whole hog, get Tom Cruise in and have them fly jets. Which then crash on top of Romano ...

Tom Cruise and Edwards do a flyover the hospital while Dr Marquez is about to get her coffee

Ross- It's ambitious and it's never been done before

and bring back Don Cheadles character Paul Nathan

Who says Romano went to Hell ? You'd think cutting a guy's arm off with a helicopter blade and then dropping another helicopter (in fact, probably the same one) off the roof on to his head was punishment enough.

Then they disrespected his memory by using the money he left the hospital to fund a cause he wouldn't have wanted and then deliberately sticking his portrait where nobody would have to look at it.

He may not have been the nicest guy in the world but that kind of behaviour isn't exactly climbing up on to the moral high ground.
