Anthony DeLongis (Cullah)

So Anthony DeLongis just showed up on Rhett and Link. If you don't know them they're these two guys from the internet who have a fun morning show.

So in this episode they had someone whip Rhett (near the end), and they asked him his name and he said "Anthony DeLongis". Yeah, Cullah. I already knew that he's more famous as a weapons expert and trainer than as an actor, but I hadn't expected him to show up like that.

Cool, thanks for sharing. Does anybody know if DeLongis did the convention circuit, back in his Voyager days? I have a vague memory of going to a Vulkon in Cleveland back in 1996 (Robert Beltran was the headliner), and one of the guests was doing a demonstration of stage swordplay on the main stage. I'm thinking it might have been him, but being as this was 22(!) years ago now, I'm probably lucky to remember there was a demonstration, let alone the face of the guy who did it.

Was he the guy that Mcneil and Mulgrew mentioned he made funny sounds in the port-a-john back stage (on location) Kate: Did everything come out okay? ROFL!! Kate's lack of memory makes it vague. she referred to him as the King of the Kazons.

Anyway, this guy is fascinating. I watched a couple youtube vids including an ER appearance.

I think he was also on original BSG back in the day, he was one of the Borellian Nomen.

He was indeed! He was Taba, the youngest of the Borellians who made two appearances in the classic series. The Man With nine Lives and Baltar's Escape! Later on he also made two appearances in the Highlander series where he played two different immortals, Lyman Kurlow and Octavio Consone!

Anthony DeLongis is a brillant actor. No doubt about this but the Kazon's arc was well too long and sadly ended poorly (it would have been logical to kill Cullan off, at the same time as Seska and the baby).

Wasn't he also the star of a children's TV show? I believe it was called...

(puts on sunglasses)

...Culluh Culluh Island.

YEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!

I thought it was good how the Voyager eventually shook off the Kazon after leaving their space! But I wonder if that was because the fans had voiced their displeasure at these Klingon rip offs and also other alien cultures and their regions of space were passed through in one episode or so later on!

rip offs? I wouldn't compare them to the robust and interesting race as the Klingons, personally. :D I just thought they were Misogynistic pigs in space with lava rock hair. They moved on because there was more interesting ideas to explore. Let's not leave them stuck at the 75000 mark.

Lava rock hair? I'm not sure what that stuff was to be honest! It could have been hair covered in shellac or molasses for all I knew but the lava rock hair sounds good to me! :D
