News Ant-Man and the Wasp Quantumania anticipation thread

In perhaps the most bizarre but also the most wonderful character comparisons, screenplay writer Jeff Loveness has this to say about MODOK, per SFX Magazine (via GamesRadar):

I’ll just say he was inspired by Kevin Kline in A Fish Called Wanda and Frank Grimes in an old Simpsons episode — This really put-upon, selfish, entitled but then also deeply sad, insecure man who knows that he got a s*** deal in life and is trying to make the best of it. [...] His ego will crumble the second he’s challenged but then also like Kevin Kline in A Fish Called Wanda, he’s pretty good at killing people! He’s a real loose cannon character and I had a great amount of fun with him. That was almost day one in the room — we cracked MODOK as a character and the movie just became so fun.
Since I love both of those characters, I'm very curious to see this version of MODOK.

Also, this sounds like MODOK isn't Darren Cross, or at least "our" Darren Cross. Assuming MODOK is actually being played by Corey Stoll, which I haven't seen officially confirmed anywhere (ComicBook.com doesn't count because it's pure supposition on their part).

"It's like camping."

"We've never been camping!"

"But we've always talked about it."

I'm curious about the context of that exchange, whether it's about the Quantum Realm or something more specific.

I'm close to the point where I stop watching any more new previews but that focus on Cassie is a delight. Makes me look forward to this film even more.

"I know how to do it, dad!"

Some very cool artwork from this month's events for the mobile game Marvel Contest of Champions:

Apparently the character on the far left of the top image is a new future version of Ant-Man introduced in the comics as part of the 60th anniversary of the character.

Only Digital on April 18. Physical in May. It will probably show up sometime this summer on D+. It's worth a $2 Redbox rental though. It's an aggressively mediocre movie.
