Oh man! I loved Ann as Alice. She was my favorite person on the show. Sad to see her pass.
May she rest in peace. :(

Only know her for one role but who didn't love her as Alice? Well, for those of us a certain age range anyway.

I never watched Brady Bunch, but I knew of Ann long before that due to her years as Schultzy on The Bob Cummings Show, also known as Love That Bob, where she won two Emmy awards as Best Supporting Actress. She was always Schultzy to me.

I'll bet a lot of kids from my generation wished they had an Alice in their family. I know I sure did.

RIP

And, really, what typical middle-class family living in California in the 1960s didn't have a live-in maid who dated a butcher and had a bedroom next to the laundry room?

She first began her career as 'Schutzy' the housekeeper/secretary always getting in the way of her boss Bob (Bob Cummings) on the TV show The Bob Cummings Show (Love That Bob).
