Since being released in March, Animal Crossing: New Horizons has become one of the Nintendo Switch's highest-selling games. Of course, much has been said about the timing of this game's release, and how escaping to one's own digital island has had a particular resonance for so many as of late...
Indeed, the hosts of Nintendo Minute (is never a minute) held three of their recent episodes in AC:NH itself:
So, has anyone here been playing it?
For my part, one of the details I like is how the museum is set up - the fossil exhibits in particular.
Such as how the "tree of evolution" runs along the floors and branches out to the various fossils on display. Or how there's a spot in the dinosaur exhibit where the camera pans up to show a certain asteroid... Or how, in the "last" room, there are silhouettes of the various creatures the villagers can be, with a "blank" spot for humanity that lights up only when you (the player) stands there.
