I wanted to like that show, but it focused too much on family drama and not enough on the sci-fi stuff.
Something else I can cross off my list. Network TV really needs to give it a rest and just go completely animated, procedurals , tearjerkers, and reality shows.
Good, now I can delete it from my DVR. Hubby and I were debating whether we wanted to give it another shot or not. We started watching it---made it about 4 or 5 episodes in and then gave up. It's a great example of how NOT to write a TV show---geez.
Lost and The X Files killed my desire for more long, drawn out mysteries.
I saw the first episode. It was an interesting concept, but the execution left a lot to be desired.
I don't have any patience for this stuff anymore now that networks can put out compelling shows with 8 episodes or less.
I don't mind it being drawn out if
A) they actually have the answer/endgame BEFORE they air the first episode
B) THEY make the ride compelling with good character interactions, so I actually care what happens next
This. This is what finally pushed me away from Castle... well, that and the fact that the leads obviously could no longer stand to be around each other.
I mean, I did watch Dark and that had three years worth of "mystery" to get through, but it was still compelling all the way though. I rewatched Lost a couple of years ago and I didn't notice it gradually getting worse year by year when I watched it live, but it was evident in a binge watch.

Had. Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, Punisher and The Defenders. All stopped (cancelled) in 2018-2019. I enjoyed them.

Oh I didn't know that. The Defenders sounded cool now I wish I had seen that.
I used to watch The Deep that was neat
Punisher and Daredevil were my favorites. Very well written all around and the fight scenes were excellently choreographed. I have missed them greatly these past few years.
Punisher and Daredevil were my favorites, also. Jessica Jones and Luke Cage were good, too, but didn't hold my interest as much in the later seasons.
At least in the UK, they're all still available on Netflix. They haven't released all of them on home media yet though.

Jessica Jones and Daredevil were my favorites. I'm in the minority but I loved everything about The Defenders. Also in the minority: I didn't like the first season of The Punisher and didn't bother wit the second season, the only Marvel Netflix season I didn't watch.

I liked all the shows except Iron Fist though season 2 did improve. Daredevil and The Punisher was my favorites but The Punisher and Jessica Jones were tied as my most favorite lead. Daredevil had the best overall cast which of course included The Punisher for a season and the best bad guy was David Tenant as Killgraves though Kingpen of course was a close second. I also liked The Defenders.
