So Fox canceled Lucifer to keep Lethal Weapon for only 13 episodes?! That's just stupid. The only presidential show that has ever worked was West Wing, everything else has been a disaster. I don't know why no one can make a White House show actually work!
Syfy's cannning has the effect of totes cancellation. Netflix has said nope to taking it on. Fans are waiting to hear what Amazon says. Though it's not surprising that Neflix turned it down as Amazon currently has the streaming rights.
Which makes it a natural fit for Amazon. And they do have piles of crash. Hopefully they will pick it up. It's the only show that has been cancelled that I was disappointed by. Even Brooklyn 99 I was ok saying good bye to--even though, now I don't.
There are plenty of decent Republicans and plenty of indecent non-Republicans too. What I was referring to was character representation on TV shows like Last Man Standing and Roseanne. About time.
Of all the shows to save, just let it go! It was a mess, it never knew what it wanted to be and the 6 show runners didn't either. Just let it go. If 5-6 people couldn't figure out what they wanted to do than clearly no one does.
Which I'm fine with. One, that means it might address the films more directly that way, and two, I think it's better suited as a summer show and might get revitalized there.
While Netflix has the international rights to the show, which means they can screen it around 6 months after it screens in North America. There was a banner that flew over Amazon's headquarters today, and there is a petition to save the show that started a few days ago. Now had 77k, as it was 72k around 9 hours ago.
I wish Amazon would save Lucifer its just about the only show I had left on prime. It it wasn't for the fact it auto renewed without me knowing, prime would have been gone a few months back.
