Today marks the 45th anniversary of the original "Star Trek" episode "Amok Time" making its world premiere on NBC: 15 Sept. 1967. This was the beginning of the show's second year on primetime television in the U.S.A. What can I say? Vulcan mating rituals are "fascinating".
