America's Got Talent..

I am so glad the little red head girl got voted out. She was so rehearsed it just, well, seemed so forced with her. My favorite act this week, talent wise, were the five tap dancing sisters. I am saddened that the three blond triplets were voted out..they were SMOKING hot!!!

But I still like GRANDMA LEE from last week. I would love to see an old woman win one of these talent contests; and she is funny!

The little woman who could balance her 200+ pound husband was something else too...what a fete!!!

If the blond triplets had just stuck to violin playing and cut out the singing, they may have stayed on.

The little redheaded girl should focus on comedy/standup rather than singing.

And yeah, the married couple who does gymnastics is... well, AMAZING. I was so happy they made it through!

I think Piers is going to start spitting nails at the 5th/6th choices. Last week, I kind of agreed with the choice, or at least understood it. This week, cute as I think the doggie is, there was really no comparison as far as entertainment value and workability for a Vegas show. I felt really bad for Charles Dewayne. To lose to a frisbee chasing dog is just so demeaning.

It makes me almost wonder if they're staging these for shock value with the intention of bringing back a couple more wild card underdogs.

I was SO glad to see Alizma go. They were so haughty and argumentative, and they refused to let one person do the talking. Hugely frustrating. And they couldn't take criticism. I cheered when they got voted off.

Very base of sharon Osborne, and the hoff, to select a DOG over a man..and a black man at that. I mean? Is this revenge of the dog world for the actions of Michael Vick???

That certainly wasn't my intended implication. It just seems very strange that the dog with the frisbee was judged more deserving of a Vegas show than the very talented singer. I get Sharon's & David's point about AGT being a venue for diversity, and I agreed with them choosing Arcadian Broad over Thia Megia last week. But for two weeks in a row, the obvious choice has been passed over for "unique," and it looks like it's getting to Piers. ;)

I like Arcadian. I thought his "Footloose" routine was great. :) Though I did agree with whichever judge said he played the piano just a little too long. I had just about given up hope of him dancing when he jumped up and cut footloose. :D

As far as Tuesday's acts go, Charles DeWayne was a lot more entertaining than the dog. The whole dog act was the same trick (throwing and catching the frisbee) for the full 90 seconds. I was completely bored and I think the judges got it wrong. I wonder if they'll "surprise" us by bringing Charles back).

They better...I thought it was demeaning. I didn't even care for Charles this week, but to have it end like that? I have to think SIMON COWELL is going to get into this and bring him back...

What annoys me is how they keep focusing on Las Vegas. Just because that danged magician who won managed to get a gig in Las Vegas, now suddenly they're judging everyone based on whether or not they'd be able to sustain a show in Vegas...

Well, what if they don't *want* to stay in Vegas? Maybe they'd like their talents used elsewhere, like in a recording contract or on TV. You never know.

I just think that the judges are limiting their thinking in judging because they keep focusing on Vegas.
