America's Attack on the Lemonade Stand

Oh, I wouldn't come alone. I'd bring my friends, and we'd simply overpower you. It is, after all, what the Confederacy did to the U.S. soldiers in Fort Sumter. You said it was okay since the Confederacy claimed that land as their own, so surely you think it's okay for me to annex your land as my own. I mean, once I annex it, you're trespassing on my property.

Has this sunk in yet? Are you getting what I'm saying?

That is not a nation or a state...that is a mob and is handled by police, please be logical...

How many people do you need before a mob becomes a state, then?

More then you will ever have...

It doesn't work, so I say again how was I supposed to respond to his threat to me, with a kiss and flowers...
Someone saying they're going to move into your house to illustrate a point and when they don't even know you or where you live is hardly a "threat."

ETA: Yeah. What Locutus said. Man, this thread delivers.

Doesn't matter. Howabout if there were 10,000 people? Is that enough? Does that pass your threshold? What about 100,000? Surely that must qualify as a wholly independent state, and thus able to do whatever they want, right? Including annex your house, if those 100,000 people have decided it's part of their territory?

No, legal wordings when America was founded gave the states the right to secede...

perhaps then you can point these words out?

you know which clause or amendment in the U.S Constitution gives the ability for a state to secede.

I'm tired, you look it up or just don't believe me, tired of playing fetch...

no - see you made the claim so it's up to you to prove it.

In the vernacular it's know as putting up or shutting up.

It doesn't work, so I say again how was I supposed to respond to his threat to me, with a kiss and flowers...

No one threatened you.

He threatened to twist my words around and say i actually meant to kill him.

He did nothing of the sort. He cautioned you that making real or rhetorical threats can get you in trouble. Just because you see boogeymen around every corner doesn't make that a threat.

Now shut up about it already.

OK let me ask a question. Ninjacore, who do you believe fired the first shot in the Civil War? The first shot being the Battle of Fort Sumter.

I am not falling for your trap, the yankees made the southerners fire by refusing to leave, so they made the southerners fire the first shot, meaning the yankees were at fault.

"Falling for his trap," in this case, would be giving a direct honest answer to a simple question instead of the evasive rationalization you chose instead.

I'm ignoring you now, I know your game of trying to get me banned, I will no longer reply to a single post of yours...
