Just saw the season 4 opener, and I was underwhelmed by it. Very little action, and way too much talking. Hope the show doesn't further slide into snoozefest like The Walking Dead.

Considering he was a main character and we never actually saw him die, just left for dead, he's about as dead as... well, just about any comic book superhero you can think of who "died." He may come back missing a limb or two, but he'll be back.It's not so much that they killed him as the way they did it...death by random creature encounter...he should have brought his lucky die.

In terms of how dismal things were a century or so ago, The Knick seems even more depressing than Hell On Wheels
