Recently I've been rereading some older stories and right now I'm on the Tales of the Dominion War anthology edited by KRAD. In the story Eleven Hours Out there is a mention of a new character named Amarante Lebel. A recently Starfleet Academy graduate, she was on Earth and was at Starfleet Command during the Breen attack. She also had a relationship with Jean-Luc Picard and referred to him as "Uncle" Jean-Luc (she was really Marie's niece).
