Alternate TNG Uniforms

Not really. I liked them the most until Wishmaster. When Sami left they changed. They were still good, but when Tarja left it was really end of an era.

Personally, I love Marco, especially vocally. I think he added something to the later albums. All great stuff though.
Tarja's new album is another OK one, but her voice is wasted on "regular" metal.

I like Marco too, I was just saying that they changed after Sami left. I did not listen to Tarja's solo albums, maybe I should.

You know, I watched End of Innocence documentary so many times I had to rip it and watch it from hard drive. I am afraid I will damage the DVD.

Nightwish is okay. I'm more into country, late 50s / early 60s rock and roll, mid 70s pop, and early 80s classic rock. I heard Leaves Eyes "by accident" and for some weird reason fell in love with their sound. I tired other Gothic Metal bands but most are a little much for me.

Tarja's solo stuff is in no way symphonic metal, so it's really about how much you like her voice.

Sgt_G, Leaves' Eyes is folk/symphonic metal (and on my blacklist after they fired Liv). A great goth metal band is Lacuna Coil.

There is a difference between Goth Metal and Gothic Metal. Leaves Eyes and Nightwish w/Tarja epitomized what Gothic Metal is. Most of the other bands claiming to be such put too much Metal in the music for my tastes.

The other day I started a personal project to vectorize Trek uniforms.

While I began (and finished) the canon TNG uniforms, I quickly moved to experiment and create my own take on the uniforms. What do you think of these? You can see the full resolution version here.

Way too busy, in my opinion.

It has a Hornblower feel to them, and you had me with the proper color scheme. A+ on the STEPhonmeter!!!!
Now I'm imagining your design having those sparkly appearance within the fabric shown on Star Trek seasons 1 and 2.
