Well humans in Star Wars I think might have used to be from Earth. Han Solo once said, Hell. Hell is a word and concept that I think would mostly come from earth. I do wonder if we ever will see Earth in Star Wars.
So they left Earth an even longer time ago and wound up in a galaxy far far away? I blame the Cylons.
Unlike Episode IX, they had a plan.

Well, then do the math. How would a religion originating on Earth a couple of thousand years ago wind up in the Star War's galaxy?

In the recent leaks of restored 1977 Original Edition footage, I was surprised to see the dead guy lying there in the control room when the Stormtroopers find 3PO and Artoo. In all these years, I’d somehow never noticed that before. A little weird that Luke and Han had apparently just left him there, during the whole time they’re sitting right there arguing about rescuing the Princess and such; you’d think they’d have at least stuffed him in a closet.
Or maybe Star Wars and the Stargate universe are one and the same. We know about all those earth worlds in the Stargate universe. Star Wars is like a million years in the future. The Go'uld and Asgard are long dead. But those human worlds have since evolved and at some point people found out about The Force and thus we got the Jedi, in addition to alien folks who knows already had made that discovery about The Force.

The Star Wars universe is set a million years in our future, in a different galaxy. The people making the scroll is a human on earth 3 million years in the future. Possibly. The human making that scroll is Jesus. He returned to tell the monkeys who now inherit the earth in 3 million years about all this cool space stuff that happened a long time ago in this other galaxy with the humans that use to exist on their planet but now only exists in this other galaxy.
