Neither a thread-bomb nor a joke, but something some of the people who loved our N900's or N9's thought would be fitting to do with 'the other side' of a Jolla:

This is only a photoshop though...

Actually, quite an interesting phone... which, to me anyway, fits the sentiment of an ol' image macro we've had in this thread before:

I'm torn on the Jolla phone. Having had and loved the N9 (apart from the various bugs that Nokia never fixed), I firmly believe I never would have got in to entirely touchscreen phones without it, but I'm in no rush to repeat the N9 experience with a phone that never goes anywhere, as much as I'd like to support them.

When someone's post/thread is just not working out how they wanted:

Perfect for when someone's set themselves up, seemingly willingly, for an epic smackdown:

Before inheriting my dads Samsung I used the N900; despite the lack of apps it is a great phone, maybe because of the users, which have a lot in common with Sailfish/Jolla users... for one, they gather on the very same online site :p

Danish morning/afternoon-chat show (Copenhagen Town Hall in the background), and indeed he knew he wouldn't be able to do it, but the TV people thought he had a chance so he got on TV -which was what he wanted anyway.

RevdKathy had the N900 until the USB socket pulled out and it was made useless and no Nokia service centre nearby. Currently on her old Galaxy S2 which is starting to show signs of wear, so I am thinking what my next move might be. Jolla and Windows Phone are high up there because I'm sick of Android and iPhone isn't even an option in my head.

I got into trouble flashing my N900 and thought, perhaps RevdKathy would know a trick or a guy who could help me... but her device had already given up at that time :( :( (had to pay some guy in a small shop in town ~$12 to do it for me :) ).

Heh, I was thinking along the lines of a Windows-device (as that was the way Nokia went) or perhaps something like the two-monitor-Yota (haven't actually studied it though; seems like just another googlephone -apart from the dual monitor thing) as I lately had the idea of investing in a new(er) smartphone (at an age of five years any phone hardware (no matter how supportive and brilliant the user-community is) will seem ancient.)
