^ And Bruce Campbell isn't exactly a Trek fan, either (he was offered the role of Jack, from the Jack Pack, on DS9, but he turned it down). So there's not a lot of reason to think he would turn up on the real Trek sets.

Not that there's anything wrong with not being a Trek fan, but that's quite a leap of logic from "turned down a minor role" to "not a fan." What if he just had a scheduling conflict? Or he'd be happy to be on the show, but not as that character?
