That's in Toronto. (I recognize the subway car, having spent many, many hours in them...) Those two guys are often downtown outside the Eaton Centre, posing for photos for tourists. There's also someone who dresses as Spock... and I can't leave out Silver Elvis.
We have a fair amount of street theatre here.
A few weeks ago, my wife and I were out to dinner on Queen Street West and Batman was suddenly at the window spreading out his cape and looking in at all the diners. Hilarious!

I went downtown for a couple of hours on Monday and now Spider-Man is posing for photos. I don't know if it's the same person who dresses as Batman or Darth Vader, or if there's a third person now.
I think I've seen that Spider-Man! The day of my wedding last year, I was on my way home from checking in at the hotel in the morning, and having left the car there nabbed a rare Yonge Street bus, and there was a Spider-Man posing for pics in Dundas Square. When I realized he was wearing red Converse All Stars, I laughed a good one.
