I had to cut down on caffeine for health reasons, and doing so has left me feeling better. However I do treat myself to one "real" coffee or tea a day, and I certainly prefer decaf over the chicory stuff (though I keep a jar of chicory stuff at work as my decaf would disappear. Nobody touches the chicory!).

That being said, I'd sell my soul for a Tim Horton's double-double and a plate of Timbits. Just call me easy.

Listen, Tim's is great, but let's face it: their coffee is pretty shit. I can only drink double-doubles when I go there, even though I normally take it black.

Oh, and no worries, I can voluntarily listen to that song on repeat for ages.

(And yes, I know, this is from like five days ago. I went away for the weekend and forgot to check up on this particular thread until now. I'm gonna take that as a sign that I need coffee. )

Has anyone tried the new, "premium" coffee at McDonald's? I've been hearing it's good, but have yet to try any.

The new McDonald's premium coffee is terrible. I have a student who works for McD's who tells me that they only use arrabica beans in the McCafe coffee drinks, and robusto beans in the premium coffee
