Yeah. It's clearly technically feasible. That lethal robots would eventually be feasible has been known for decades. Now they are.
And, pretty scary too on the effectiveness. It does make one wonder if the facial recognition is near 100%. Because... let's say you just happen to have 80% of the features of a target? Would it just presume and attack? These things move faster than you can turn your head. The only saving grace is that you'd hear it. But I expect that in the not too distant future, they'll have a "whisper mode" for these things... so the noise only kicks in at the very last moment as engines rev up to full power, when it's too late to react.
Pandora's box is open. Banning the use of such technology doesn't uninvent it and, unlike nukes, no fissile materials are required. I expect countermeasures would quickly follow in an arms race. We'll probably know the technology has gone live when prominent people start being shadowed by defender drones.
