Ahsoka Tano teams with Bill Burr to explore X-Files style mysteries. My dream SW show?

I assume everyone has a idea of a perfect Star Wars show and I think this is mine right now. Ashoka teams up with Bill Burr's bounty hunter character and are hired to search and explore weird and mysterious things going on in the galaxy that defy explanation. It's SW meets X-Files meets Moonlighting. Anyone else have a dream premise?

I would love a show set back in the distant past that explores all of the bits and pieces of Republic and Jedi history revealed in The Clone Wars and Rebels.

I had another idea. A show set on Tatooine many many years ago when it was basically a rich farming community and then the Hutt's and other mobsters try and turn it into a space Vegas and we follow a civil war between the locals who have their world being torn apart and the mob. Meanwhile the war and the construction of this big huge city starts to have environmental effects which will eventually turn it into this barren sand planet we will know in the future.

They really need to just make Underworld, they already have 50 something completely scripts, so they might as well do something with them.
