Son's restaraunt are looking for advertising ideas. So I came up with one ~ a cunning one at that!
You know the cheap chopsticks that you get with take-aways etc. the ones that are joined together...?
Well I printed of a few 1/4 of an A4 page with photos and details of the restaurant. With the ad line 'If you have not been there ~ you do not know'. Wrapped them within these chopsticks and presented them to the boss of Son's work.
It works brilliantly ~ you have to unroll the message and read it all. At the end you get a 'Golden ticket' for free drinks or discount (I'll leave the details up to them) They can be 'mailboxed' or passed in the street. His boss loved the idea and Michellen starred chef Scott Hallsworth thought it fantastic!
Sometimes the plan comes together
What brilliant advertising/marketing ideas have you had?
Please beware, I may plagliarise

My managers never blamed me, though.

When Son said he wanted to quit I replied "Well you better get used to saying 'do you want fries with that?' as that will be the only other option
