I went with she has a change of heart. I reckon Clancy will see reason eventually but will be killed by Oh or Rizzo. Also I have a sneaking suspicion the Borg cube will activate and require a Federation/Romulan free state fleet to put it down.

Framed and arrested for the attack on Picard's home along with the other attacks by Romulans. Oh is given her job which is more connected within Starfleet than just being in charge of Starfleet Security and now has access to the Presidents ear and presses them to search out for Picard, where as maybe they are reluctant to go after a hero they might not be happy with at the moment but still respect.

This thread seems...disturbingly vindictive.
I wouldn't say that. It's just the character's usefulness is over unless they got a twist up their sleeve. Especially since we need Oh to be able to do some more machinations that reveal more of her agenda to the audience.

It would just be nice if an Admiral was not shown to be an idiot for once, she literally reported the conversation straight to the enemy.
Another clueless Admiral, would be nice to see some capable ones for a change.
I suppose someone has to play the idiot though.
She should not have dismissed Picard so easily no matter what his illness or actions, that is going to come back to haunt her assuming she survives that is.

Probably meant to show how deep Oh's cover is, if it is a cover at all. She may still turn around, as spies are wont to do if the circumstances are right.

After Picard, she then slaps down and gives Rios his "dress down", reminding everyone wiminz are smarter and need to be listened to and obeyed, no mater how insane they sound, how dare you question it, she then checks out Rios' ass, ...before hyper-jumping her own ship into the Romulan flagship!
