Adam Turner's Star Fleet Universe art collection

This was asked about in another thread. I've decided to compile all my finished Star Fleet Universe art in one photobucket account for anyone that wants to browse through it. I'll update it periodically as I finish more projects. Enjoy, guys. :)

These are quite nice! I'm not a huge fan of most of the SFB ships, as I tend to think they all look a bit too chunky, a bit too clunky, and somewhat unimaginative... but your artwork is really quite good.

Your Lafayette class is quite an intriguing idea, to be honest. I really like it! I think... Perhaps if the nacelles were just a bit higher...

Thank you, Father!

Were you referring to the Vincennes X-cruiser when you mentioned the Lafayette-class? If you were, the only reason I didn't raise the engines all the way up was because in SFB, the phasers on the sides of the saucer can fire all the way behind the ship, meaning those firing arcs have to be clear. Hence, lowering the engines.

Yea, sorry. That's what I get for posting at the end of the first half of my shift, after having gotten no sleep the day before. Dorh!

Adam,

Those are some very nice work, and you are a very cool fellow for sharing them with us this way.

Thank you! :techman:

Perhaps the Vanguard and Trek XI folks need to be talking to you. Those ships look outstanding.

It's a novel series set on a spacestation in the middle of contested space set right at the beginning of TOS.

Oh, I'd love to see things go one step further, and have some of the fictioners give the SFU a whirl!

And great as always, Adam. (Oh, did you get that message I sent you?)
