Accessing User Document folders from server Admin account

I'm logged in to the Administrator account on a server, and I can direct to the home folder where all the client user account Document folders are stored. However I can't access them. It says I do not have permission. I have tried to right click on them to change the permissions, but it says I do not have enough priveleges to do this. Do I need to go in to 'Manage your server' and change some settings in there? I'm using Windows server 2003.

I've just taken ownership of a users document forlder if that helps....don't know what to do from here though!

Once you have taken ownership you should be able to go to the folder security settings, add your administrator account, give yourself "full control" make sure it is propogated to all child objects and you should be there.
